This Privacy Policy explains how the Mangry app ("Mangry", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service. By using Mangry, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the display name and login ID you choose when you register. Mangry does not require your real name or email address to create an account.
• Content you create — the polls you post (question and the two options), your votes, follows, and profile details such as your bio and profile photo (if you add one).
• Purchases — records of in-app purchases (product and date). Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Device & usage data — a push notification token, app version, device type, and app events (such as installs, registrations, and purchases) used to measure performance and improve the Service.
• Communications — text chat messages you send, and metadata about voice/video calls (such as start time and duration). Call audio and video are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored by us.

2. How we use your information

• To provide core features — posting polls, voting, following, searching, ranking, chat, and calls.
• To operate accounts, purchases, and in-app balances.
• To send notifications you have allowed.
• To measure installation paths, registrations, purchases, and other performance metrics in order to improve and analyze the Service. This data is not used to identify individuals or to display in-app advertisements.
• To maintain safety — reviewing reports and enforcing our Terms.

3. Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service. They process data only on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and push notifications.
• Adjust — measurement/attribution of installs, registrations, and purchases.
• Agora — real-time voice and video call transport.
• Apple — App Store in-app purchases.

4. App Tracking Transparency

On first launch we ask for permission to measure the performance metrics described above. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time in your device Settings. Declining does not limit your ability to use Mangry.

5. Public content

Polls you post, their options, results, and your public profile are visible to other users of the Service by design. Please do not include information in a poll that you do not wish to make public.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; this permanently removes your account, polls, votes, points, and associated data. You may also contact us to request deletion.

7. Children

Mangry is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
